Common use of Informal Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Informal Negotiations. If the dispute does not involve an issue that requires submission of a Notice pursuant to the Section entitled “Notice” of this Agreement, the respective Parties’ Project Managers shall make a good faith attempt to promptly resolve the dispute by informal negotiation.
