(1) The Settling Defendants will make best efforts to provide to Class Counsel a list of the names and addresses (including any relevant email addresses) of those Persons in Canada who received delivery of Electronic Throttle Bodies from the Settling Defendants during the Class Period. The information shall be delivered in Microsoft Excel or such other format as may be agreed upon by Counsel for the Settling Defendants and Class Counsel.
