Injury Management. In the event of a work related injury, the Council will provide effective claims management and rehabilitation assistance aimed at supporting injured employees through their period of illness or injury. Employees are required to participate in the planning and implementation of the rehabilitation process with the agreed primary goal being return to work.

Injury Management. Myer will maintain a process for the injury management of employees affected by occupational injury and illness which aims to return these employees to their pre-injury status.
Injury Management. Kmart shall maintain a process for the injury management of team members affected by occupational injury and illness which aims to return these team members to their pre-injury status within the community, their families and employment. Injury management incorporates medical treatment and a multi-disciplinary range of skills necessary in the management of an injury or illness. This process shall include early intervention with appropriate, adequate and timely services based on needs assessed by the treating doctor, other health professionals and/or Injury Management Coordinator as agreed with the team member. The process shall be managed in a consultative framework including the injured team member, treating doctor, Kmart, the rehabilitation provider, where appropriate, and as requested by the team member, the Union.

  • Traffic Management 9.2.1 During the Operating Period, Developer shall be responsible for the general management of traffic on the Facility. Developer shall manage traffic so as to preserve and protect safety of traffic on the Facility and Related Transportation Facilities and, to the maximum extent practicable, to avoid disruption, interruption or other adverse effects on traffic flow, throughput or level of service on the Facility and Related Transportation Facilities. Developer shall conduct traffic management in accordance with all applicable Technical Provisions, Technical Documents, Laws and Governmental Approvals, and in accordance with the Traffic Management Plan.

  • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative.
