Inspection by City. The Property Owner hereby grants permission to the City and the City’s authorized agents and employees to enter upon the Property during normal daylight working hours or at any other reasonable time to inspect the SMP(s) in order to ensure the SMP(s) are being adequately maintained and are continuing to perform the designed function. Inspection includes monitoring, sampling, testing and examination to determine proper operation of the SMP(s). The City shall have the right to temporarily install and/or place on or near any SMP such devices as are necessary to conduct monitoring, sampling and/or testing of the discharges from the SMP(s) or the SMP’s effects.

Inspection by City. 7.1 The Lessor or its authorized agents may enter upon the Leased Premises at any time between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, for any purpose con- nected with the performance of Lessor's or Lessee's obligations hereunder, in the exercise of its governmental functions in order to inspect the performance of Lessee's obligations under this Lease, or to inspect safety compliance. In case of an emergency or if necessary to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the public and/or Airport tenants, Lessor may enter upon the Leased Premises at any time.
Inspection by City. The City shall have commercially reasonable access to inspect any work conducted by Licensee during the Construction and Maintenance of Facilities.
Inspection by City. City has the right, but not the obligation, to inspect and test the Offsite Roads at any time. Further, City has the right to participate in a final inspection of the Offsite Roads. Owner, or its Engineer or Contractor, shall notify the City Inspector when each of the Offsite Roads is ready for final inspection. If the City Inspector concurs that construction of the Offsite Roads is substantially complete, then the City Inspector will schedule a final inspection by the City’s Engineer within 15 days. Upon such final inspection and correction of any punch list items, Owner shall request that City formally accept the improvements, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
Inspection by City. CONTRACTOR shall at all times maintain proper facilities and provide safe access for inspection by CITY to all parts of the Work and to all shops on or off-site where the Work or portions of the Work, are in preparation. CITY shall have the right of access to the premises for inspection at all times. However, CITY shall, at all times, comply with CONTRACTOR’s safety requirements on the job site.

Inspection by City. After the date of delivery of possession, CITY shall have the right to enter the Premises to inspect it at reasonable times during the course of any subsequent renovation or construction, in addition to its right of entry for building code inspections. Any entry shall be subject to the supervision of LCZ and its construction contractors. Any entry shall be at CITY’s own risk and all entries shall be conducted with due regard for the business activities conducted at the Premises and the construction work. No entry shall unreasonably interfere with the business activities conducted on the Premises or the progress of the construction work.
Inspection by City. (a) Following construction of the SMP(s) by the Property Owner, PWD shall inspect the SMP(s) for compliance with the PWD approved-plans and specifications for the Project.
