Insurance Coverages. The Contractor shall procure and maintain, at its sole cost and expense, in a form and content satisfactory to City, during the entire term of this Agreement including any extension thereof, the following policies of insurance which shall cover all elected and appointed officers, employees and agents of City:
Insurance Coverages. The Design Professional will promptly obtain and maintain the insurance coverage described on the Schedule of Project Details and provide the Owner with proof of that insurance before commencing services under this Agreement. The Design Professional agrees that the Services may not commence until all proof of required insurance has been provided to and approved by the Owner.
Insurance Coverages. The Company shall procure and maintain in full force and effect throughout the Term of this Agreement insurance coverages of the following types and amounts and with insurance companies rated not less than A- by A.M. Best, or otherwise equivalent in respect of the Company’s properties and operations:
Insurance Coverages. Without limiting Consultant’s indemnification of City, and prior to commencement of any services under this Agreement, Consultant shall obtain, provide and maintain at its own expense during the term of this Agreement, policies of insurance of the type and amounts described below and in a form satisfactory to City.
Insurance Coverages. (a) Borrower will maintain such insurance coverages and endorsements in form and substance and in amounts as Lender may require in its sole discretion, from time to time. Lessee shall at all times, at its expense, cause to be carried and maintained with financially sound and reputable insurers, insurance against loss or damage to the Items of Equipment, of the kinds and in the amounts customarily maintained by similar corporations engaged in similar operations in similar jurisdictions and carry such other insurance as is usually carried by such corporations; provided, that in any event Lessee will maintain:
Insurance Coverages. Subject to the terms and limitations of the Loan Documents, Manager shall procure and maintain, or shall cause another Xxxxxxxx Controlled Affiliate or Station Casinos LLC to procure and maintain, at terms and rates and providing the types of coverage reasonably acceptable to Owner, and with insurance companies reasonably acceptable to Owner, the following levels of insurance for each Managed Property, which levels of insurance may be provided by blanket insurance policies covering one or more of the Combined Properties and Manager LV Properties with aggregate limits not less than the amounts set forth below:

Insurance Coverages. The Tenant also agrees to purchase and have the authorized agent state on the insurance certificate that the following types of insurance coverages, issued pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 50-21-37, have been purchased by the Tenant:
