Common use of Interconnection Service Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Service. 3.1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Pepco shall (a) permit the Station to continue to be interconnected to the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection, and (b) provide Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection. Pepco agrees to permit Generator to interconnect Station as long as Generator continues to operate such facilities pursuant to PJM Requirements and Good Utility Practice.

Interconnection Service. 3.1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Pepco shall (a) permit the Station to continue to be interconnected to the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection, and (b) provide Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection. Pepco agrees to permit Generator to interconnect 238 Station as long as Generator continues to operate such facilities pursuant to PJM Requirements and Good Utility Practice.
