Common use of Interest Rights Preserved Clause in Contracts

Interest Rights Preserved. Subject to the foregoing provisions of this Article 3 and, to the extent applicable, Section 2.05 and Section 2.06, each Note delivered under this Indenture upon registration of transfer of or in exchange for or in lieu of any other Note shall carry the rights to interest accrued and unpaid, and to accrue, including with respect to Additional Interest, which were carried by such other Note.
