Interior Walls. Any non-load bearing walls constructed shall be of 20 or 25 gauge steel studs, 16" O.C., and 5/8" drywall taped and spackled with a minimum three-coat finish made ready to receive paint. Load bearing walls will need to be designed by a licensed engineer registered in the state of Pennsylvania. Toilet Room walls shall use Moisture Resistant board. All interior walls shall extend a minimum of six inches (6”) above the highest adjacent ceiling, unless otherwise dictated by Code.

Interior Walls. The Tenant shall not deface or xxxx any part of the Building and will not permit any hole to be drilled or made or nails, screws, hooks or spikes to be driven into the interior walls, doors, floors, stone or brick work of the Building or any appurtenances thereof without the prior written consent of the Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Interior Walls a. The interior sides of all concrete or block walls are to be furred with a textured drywall finish, unless otherwise noted and approved by COUNTY.
Interior Walls a) All interior walls must have a washable surface. Vinyl clad gypsum, wood paneling or painted textured gypsum board is acceptable. Interior walls are to be floor to ceiling unless otherwise specified. Walls are to be new or like-new condition, clean and free of cracks and other flaws. Interior walls are to be constructed such that a normal conversation cannot be overheard in adjoining offices or areas.
