Interpretation of Terms. This Agreement shall be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation, if applicable. The Contractor's proposal is not attached, but is expressly incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the solicitation or proposal, this Agreement shall be considered controlling.
