Investigation of Complaint. Before placing a "complaint" filed against an employee in the employee's personnel file, the complaint will be investigated, and the employee will be afforded an opportunity to present his/her position on the matter at a meeting with the Supervisor. The employee and the Supervisor each may have a representative present at this meeting.
Investigation of Complaint. In investigating an employee complaint, the authorised Alliance representative shall obtain permission from the immediate supervisor to leave the workplace. When entering the employee’s workplace, the authorised Alliance representative shall obtain the permission from the employee’s immediate supervisor before proceeding with the investigation. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. The authorised Alliance representative shall be allowed a reasonable period of time to complete the investigation and when necessary the representative shall report to their supervisor before resuming normal duties.

Upon hearing a complaint of alleged harassment, an employee's supervisor will immediately inform the Executive Director or, if the incident involves the Executive Director, the President, Vice-President or Treasurer of the Board of Directors. The complaint will be investigated and if it is found that harassment has occurred, appropriate action will be taken against the harasser. Where the complaint was brought to the attention of the employer by the Union, the Union will be kept fully apprised of the status of the complaint and its disposition.

Investigation of Complaint. All complaints regarding Clause 8:03(A) shall be investigated in as discreet and confidential a manner as possible by the Engager's representative and if desired by the Artist, by the Business Representative of Equity.

Investigation of Complaint. Xxxxx’x XX will create and implement a plan to investigate the complaint. The plan will be created on a case-by-case basis based on the unique complaint and allegations. Some ways Xxxxx xxx investigate include, a review of the case file, a review of communication with the complainant, review of communication with any relevant supervised providers, communication with the foreign government or foreign individual or entity, interviews, etc. The ED will be responsible for implementation of the plan and documenting the investigation.
Investigation of Complaint. The investigation of the complaint may include 19 individual interviews or meetings with the accused unit member. 20
Investigation of Complaint. The Compliance Officer shall investigate the complaint. The investigation shall provide an opportunity for the complainant, the complainant's representative, or both, and district representatives, to present the complaint(s) and evidence or information leading to evidence to support the allegations of non-compliance. (Title 5, Section 463(b)). The investigation may include an opportunity for the parties to the dispute to meet to discuss the complaint or to question each other and each other's witnesses.
