Investment Committee. (a) The Manager shall have an investment committee (the “Investment Committee”) consisting of no fewer than three (3) members. The initial members of the Investment Committee shall be as follows:
Investment Committee. The board of directors of the insurance company shall appoint an investment committee of the investment manager as the investment committee of the insurance company. The investment committee shall meet at least once each quarter to review the investments and loans of the insurance company.
Investment Committee. The Primary Sponsor may, by action in writing certified by notice to the Trustee, appoint an Investment Committee. The Primary Sponsor shall have the right to remove any person on the Investment Committee at any time by notice in writing to such person. A person on the Investment Committee may resign at any time by written notice of resignation to the Primary Sponsor. Upon such removal or resignation, or in the event of the death of a person on the Investment Committee, the Primary Sponsor may appoint a successor. Until a successor has been appointed, the remaining persons on the Investment Committee may continue to act as the Investment Committee.
Investment Committee. The function of the Committee shall be to advise and assist the Plan Administrator in the day-to-day discharge of its duties hereunder. The Committee shall consist of at least five (5), but no more than ten (10), persons appointed by the Board of Directors. The Plan Administrator shall attend all meetings of the Committee. A representative of the Office of the General Counsel shall attend all meetings of the Committee and shall act as the secretary of the Committee ex officio to record minutes of all action taken at any such meeting. Each member of the Committee shall sit at the pleasure of the Board of Directors and may be removed at any time with or without cause.
Investment Committee. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the duties and responsibilities of Manager set forth herein are subject in all respects to the authority of the investment committee established by Owner (the “Investment Committee”) pursuant to the terms set forth in Section 7.12 of the Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the OP (the “LPA”).
Investment Committee. The Investment Committee is comprised of the following individuals: Xxxxxxx X. (“Xxxxx”) Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Davamanirajan, Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, and Xxxxx Xxx. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee (the “Chairman”).
Investment Committee. (a) The Members hereby establish an investment committee (the “Investment Committee”) which Investment Committee shall consist of seven individuals: each Member shall appoint three members, and the Administrative Manager shall appoint one member.
Investment Committee. (a) Subject to Section 4.3(b) hereof:
Investment Committee. Without prejudice to clause 5.3.1 of the Management Agreement, no investment shall be made in a VCF Portfolio Security unless the Investment Committee has first approved such investment.
Investment Committee. (a) The General Partner will establish an Investment Committee to evaluate and discuss potential investments and to review the performance of existing investments of the Funds.
