Issuing Company. All policies shall be issued by a company having an A.M. Best rating of A:VII or better. Each insurance policy shall be endorsed to state that coverage shall not be suspended, voided, canceled or reduced in coverage or limits except after forty-five (45) days prior written notice has been give to Port. Except for professional liability, Port shall be named as an additional insured on all policies on ISO Form CG2010 Form B. The certificates of insurance shall specify the project name and project/contract number (if applicable).
