Landlord Estoppel Certificates. Sellers shall have obtained and delivered to Buyer an estoppel certificate with respect to each of the Leases dated no more than thirty (30) days prior to the Closing Date, from the other party to such Lease, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer.
