Legal Disputes. The Parties shall attempt to resolve all disputes pertaining to this Agreement through mutual consent, and in case of the failure of such attempts the Permanent Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be assigned exclusively to deal with the issue.
