Common use of Legal Remedies Clause in Contracts

Legal Remedies. Executive acknowledges and agrees that by virtue of the duties and responsibilities attendant to Executive’s employment with the Company and Executive’s access to Confidential Information, the Company will suffer irreparable loss and damage if Executive should breach or violate any of the covenants and agreements contained in Section 11 of this Agreement. Executive therefore agrees and consents that, in addition to any other remedies available to the Company, the Company shall be entitled to a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction and/or permanent injunction, without any bond or other security being required, to prevent a breach or contemplated breach by Executive and by any person or entity to whom Executive provides or proposes to provide any services in violation of any of the covenants or agreements contained in Section 11 of this Agreement. Any rights created by this Agreement shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other remedies that may exist under any applicable law or in equity.
