Liberalization Clause. If we make a change which broadens coverage under this edition of our policy without additional premium charge, that change will automatically apply to your insurance as of the date we implement the change in your state, provided that this implementation date falls within 60 days prior to or during the policy period stated in the Declarations. This Liberalization Clause does not apply to changes implemented through introduction of a subsequent edition of our policy.
Liberalization Clause. If we change any form attached to your policy, you will benefit by any coverage that is broadened or extended. There must not be any increased premium charge for this change in endorsement. This change must occur during the period that this policy is in force or within 45 days prior to the effective date of coverage.
Liberalization Clause. If we adopt any revision that would broaden coverage under this policy without ad- ditional premium, within 60 days prior to or during the period this policy is in effect, the broadened coverage will immediately apply to this policy.
Liberalization Clause. If the State Board of Insurance adopts a revision which would broaden or extend the coverage under this policy without additional premium within 45 days prior to or during the policy period, the broadened or extended coverage will immediately apply to this policy.

This does not apply to forms revisions of a subsequent date that shall include changes that broaden and restrict coverage whether such revisions are a general program revision or a revision by amendatory endorsement.

During the term of this Policy, if we adopt and publish for use any forms, endorsements or rules by which would extend or broaden the insurance provided by this Policy, without additional premium charge, either by endorsement or substitution, then such extended or broadened insurance will apply to loss occurring after the effective date of such adoption and publication as though such endorsement or substitution of form had been made.
Liberalization Clause. If, after the issuance of this Policy and before its expiration, there be adopted and published for use in this Province by the Company any forms, endorsements or rules by which the insurance provided by this Policy could be extended or broadened without additional premium charge, either by endorsement or substitution of form, then, as to loss occurring after the effective date of such adoption and publication, such extended or broadened insurance shall inure to the benefit of the Insured hereunder as though such endorsement or substitution of form had been made. This policy is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein together with such other terms and conditions as may be endorsed hereon or added hereto. No term or condition of this policy shall be deemed to be waived in whole or in part by the Insurer unless the waiver is clearly expressed in writing, signed by a person authorized for that purpose by the Insurer.

For a period not exceeding twenty four months from this policy's first inception date, this policy is extended to include any extension of coverage afforded under the direct property damage section of the Equipment Breakdown/Boiler and Machinery policy immediately preceding this Form but not afforded by this Form or subject to a lesser limit under this Form, provided that:
