License Purpose. ILLINOIS, through its College/Department of , grants to LICENSEE permission to use Facilities solely for LICENSEE’s research and development purposes (“LICENSEE Purposes”). The Facilities and LICENSEE Purposes are more specifically described in Schedule A.

Further, off-season storage of boats, PWCs, their trailers, lifts and related recreational equipment by the licensee, in a Xxxx Xxxx Park, is prohibited. LEPOA docks will be pulled by October 15th. All watercraft, poles and lifts should be removed from the water by this date. Our dock removal company, at the owner’s expense, will remove any poles left in the water after Oct. 15th. The owner is responsible and subject to a $20.00 fee, per pole, and must contact the dock removal company and retrieve poles.

License Purpose. The purpose of the license is to provide Licensee access to the CCP Software Download System software sufficient to permit the Licensee to configure Compaq Products in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Channel Configuration Program Agreement entered into between the parties. The license does not convey to Licensee the right (a) to access, decompile, or change any code relating to the CCP Software Download System or to permit any third party to do so, (b) to copy or transfer the software, (c) to access the secured servers where the licensed software is resident, or (d) to use the software in connection with any products other than the specified Compaq Products.
