Common use of Logger Data Sharing Clause in Contracts

Logger Data Sharing. G1. The Water Company will provide to the New Appointee data from the logger forming part of the Meter in such form, on such terms and at such times as may be from time to time be agreed between them. The New Appointee will provide the Water Company with the data from the logger forming part of the bulk water supply meter(s) in such form, on such terms and at such times as may be from time to time be agreed between them.
