Common use of Loop Transmission Types Clause in Contracts

Loop Transmission Types. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall allow PN to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, at the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Loops, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon shall allow PN access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall allow PN WiMacTel to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, at the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Loops, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon shall allow PN WiMacTel access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Verizon shall allow PN First Comm access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Verizon shall allow PN Synergem access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Verizon shall allow PN Bandwidth access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Verizon shall allow PN Selectel access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Verizon shall allow PN Intrado Comm access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.
