Common use of Mail Clause in Contracts

Mail. No later than the twenty-eight (28) days from entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Settlement Administrator shall send notice substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B via First Class U.S. Mail to all Settlement Class Members who did not receive an email pursuant to Paragraph 4.1(b), above.

Mail. No later than the twenty-eight thirty (2830) days from entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Settlement Administrator shall send notice a copy of the Notice to Settlement Class Members via First Class U.S. Mail substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B via First Class U.S. Mail to all Settlement Class Members who did not receive an email pursuant to Paragraph 4.1(b), aboveA hereto.

No later than the twenty-eight (28) days from entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Settlement Administrator shall send notice substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B C and a postcard Claim Form with return postage prepaid via First Class U.S. Mail to all Settlement Class Members who did not receive an email pursuant to Paragraph 4.1(b), above.

Mail. No later than the twenty-eight thirty (2830) days from entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Settlement Administrator shall send notice a copy of the Notice to Settlement Class Members via First Class U.S. Mail substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B via First Class U.S. Mail hereto, to all each physical address in the Notice List, together with a postcard Claim Form with return postage prepaid. The Settlement Class Members who did not receive an email pursuant to Paragraph 4.1(b), aboveAdministrator shall also make available on the Settlement Website a copy of the Website Notice.
