Maintenance and Operating Costs. Lessee shall have no obligation to pay for, and Lessor shall be solely responsible for, all costs and expenses relating to the Leased Space which may arise or become due during the Term (including, without limitation, all taxes and assessments, insurance premiums and deductibles, utility charges [e.g., gas, water, electricity, sewage services], maintenance costs [e.g., janitorial/cleaning services and trash removal], repair costs, internet usage costs, and local telephone and fax charges). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessee shall pay its own long distance telephone and fax charges.

Maintenance and Operating Costs. 4.3.1 Lessee shall ensure that the Aircraft is enrolled and maintained on an FAA approved inspection program as required for the Aircraft to be maintained in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer's approved inspection program, Federal Aviation Regulations, and Lessee's Part 135 Operating Certificate, using FAA and the manufacturer's approved components and procedures.
Maintenance and Operating Costs. The term “Maintenance and Operating Costs” shall mean the aggregate of those costs and expenses paid or incurred by or on behalf of Landlord on or after the Commencement Date (whether directly or through independent contractors) relating to the ownership, maintenance and operation of the Building and the Property. Landlord agrees to make reasonable efforts to minimize Maintenance and Operating Costs, provided that such efforts are consistent with Landlord’s intent to operate and maintain the Building in a first class manner. Maintenance and Operating Costs. 2.1.1 Bridger shall (a) take all requisite steps to maintain and keep the Aircraft in good repair and in an airworthy operating condition, (b) maintain in full force and effect all approvals, consents, licenses, permits and other authorizations of any governmental or regulatory authority applicable to the Aircraft and required to maintain, store, operate and/or deploy the Aircraft and (c) cause all maintenance and repair work to be performed in compliance with applicable laws and by persons duly licensed to do such work, which may include employees of Bridger or its affiliates and in each case, in the same manner and with the same degree of care as a reasonable and prudent operator of similar aircraft. Except as previously approved in writing by Owner (in its sole and absolute discretion) in a Retrofit Budget, under no circumstance shall Bridger transfer, sell, remove or otherwise encumber any engine of any Aircraft (including but not limited to an engine swap) without the prior written consent of Owner. If at any time any Aircraft (i) is not in revenue service or (ii) is not receiving maintenance, repair, overhaul or retrofit services pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, such Aircraft shall be held in accordance with an approved storage plan pursuant to a Key Contract.

You agree to service and maintain it as recommended by the manufacturer and as needed to keep it in good operating condition. You also agree to maintain the Vehicle so that any warranties or similar agreements remain effective and so that it passes all inspections required by law. You are responsible for paying all costs of the Vehicle 's service, repair and maintenance and all the costs of its operation, including the costs of gas, oil, parking and storage, etc. You agree to make the Vehicle available to us for inspection during the Lease Term at any reasonable time and location that we request.
