Minnesota Statute § 363A. 36. Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 requires the Contractor to have an affirmative action plan for the employment of minority persons, women, and qualified disabled individuals approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Human Rights (“Commissioner”) as indicated by a certificate of compliance. The law addresses suspension or revocation of a certificate of compliance and contract consequences in that event. A contract awarded without a certificate of compliance may be voided.

  • Chapter 2 202 of the County Code The Contractor is hereby notified that, in accordance with Chapter 2.202 of the County Code, if the County acquires information concerning the performance of the Contractor on this or other contracts which indicates that the Contractor is not responsible, the County may, in addition to other remedies provided in the Contract, debar the Contractor from bidding or proposing on, or being awarded, and/or performing work on County contracts for a specified period of time, which generally will not exceed five years but may exceed five years or be permanent if warranted by the circumstances, and terminate any or all existing Contracts the Contractor may have with the County.

  • Labor Code Notice 2.6.1 All A-E and subcontractors must comply with the requirements of California Labor Code 1770 et seq. if the work performed is considered a “public works” under California Labor Code 1720 et seq. A-E is encouraged to contact the California Department of Industrial Relations for clarification if the A-E is unsure if some or any of the work performed under this CONTRACT qualifies as “public works”.
