Modifications to Contracts and Credit and Collection Policy. Such Seller Party will not, and will not permit any Originator to, make any material change in or amendment to the Credit and Collection Policy that would be reasonably likely to adversely affect the collectability of the Receivables or decrease the credit quality of any newly created Receivables, except such change or amendment as to which the Administrative Agent and the Managing Agents have been notified and any necessary consents have been obtained in accordance with Section 7.1(a)(vi). Except as provided in Section 8.2(c), Servicer will not, and will not permit any Originator to, extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Receivable or any Contract related thereto other than in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy.
