Motion Practice. Any party to the Claims treated in this Article VI may proceed with dispositive motion practice with respect to any such Claim independently of, or concurrently with, the processing steps in the Claims Resolution Procedures. Contractor further agrees to abide by any other laws, regulations, or orders that prohibit the discrimination of any kind of any of Contractor’s employees.
