MULTIPLE RESIDENTS. Each resident of an Apartment is jointly and severally liable with the other residents of the Apartment for all lease obligations relating to Common Areas and utilities; however, only you are liable for the lease obligations relating to your bedspace and the payment of your Rental Installments. You are not liable for any of your fellow residents’ obligations as to their bedspace and their rental installments payable to us.
MULTIPLE RESIDENTS. When more than one RESIDENT signs this LEASE AGREEMENT, any deduction(s) to be made from the security deposit will be joint and several. MANAGEMENT is not liable for any understanding which may exist between two or more RESIDENTS as to the portion of the security deposit that one RESIDENT may be entitled to as opposed to another RESIDENT. MANAGEMENT will draw one (1) check, payable to all RESIDENTS jointly, and forward same to the forwarding address provided to MANAGEMENT by written notice as required herein.
MULTIPLE RESIDENTS. Each resident is jointly and severally liable for all Lease obligations. If you or any guest or occupant violates the Lease or rules, all residents are considered to have violat- ed the Lease. Our requests and notices (including sale notices) to any resident constitute notice to all residents and occupants. Notices and requests from any resident or occupant constitute notice from all residents. Your notice of Lease termination may be given only by a resident. In eviction suits, each resident is considered the agent of all other residents in the apartment for service of process. Any resident who defaults under this Lease will indemnify the nondefaulting residents and their guarantors. Replacements

MULTIPLE RESIDENTS. Each Resident who signed the Rental Agreement must sign this Pet Addendum, as a condition precedent to the pet being allowed to enter the Premises or common areas. Resident, Resident’s guests, and any occupants must follow all pet rules. Each Resident is jointly and severally
MULTIPLE RESIDENTS. If there is more than one Resident under this Agreement, each Resident is jointly and severally liable for all rental obligations. Violation of this Agreement by any Resident or Resident’s Related Parties is deemed a violation by all Residents. Requests and notices from us to any Resident will constitute notice to all Residents and Occupants. Any notices from, consents by or actions taken by any Resident are deemed to be a notice from, consent by, or action of all Residents. All demonstrations, inspections and explanations made by us to one of the Residents will be binding on all Residents as if made to each of them. Any Resident or Occupant who has permanently moved out according to another Resident may, at our option and discretion, no longer be entitled to occupancy of or keys to the Residence. However, the termination of that person's right of occupancy will not release that person from any and all obligations under this Agreement or any renewal, unless we specifically agree otherwise in writing.
