Common use of Negotiation Period Clause in Contracts

Negotiation Period. For a period of 15 days following the date the Board of Managers approves such purchase, Marathon and Ashland will negotiate in good faith to seek to reach an agreement as to the Competitive Business Purchase Price. If Marathon and Ashland reach such an agreement, then the Competitive Business Purchase Price shall be deemed to be the amount so agreed upon by Marathon and Ashland.
