No Additional Services. This License is for self-service storage parking only and does not include the rights to any additional services, which services may be made available by Licensor from time to time at an additional charge.
No Additional Services. Except for the Services set forth in this Master Contract, Contractor shall not provide and is not entitled to any payment from FCSS under this Master Contract for any other services that Contractor may provide to FCSS, any School District, or any School Site.
No Additional Services. Except for the Services expressly contemplated to be provided in accordance with Section 2.01, Provider shall have no obligation under this Agreement to provide any services to the Recipient Group. Provider agrees to consider in good faith (but shall have no obligation to accept) any requests by Recipient for the provision of any continued or additional services that Recipient considers are reasonably necessary (x) to accommodate normal growth in Recipient’s business or (y) to transfer responsibility for the provision of any Services from Provider to Recipient or any third party as Recipient may designate during the term of this Agreement, and upon termination or expiration of any Service or of this Agreement. Any such continued or additional services will be on such terms and conditions (including pricing) as the parties shall mutually agree.
No Additional Services. All costs, fees, and expenses incurred by the Qualified Originator in making or closing the MH Loan and the recording of the MH Loan were paid, and the Obligor is not entitled to any refund of any amounts paid or due under the MH Loan (other than lawful customary dealer or MHFC rebates conforming to the MH Underwriting Guidelines). The MH Loan is not subject to the performance of additional services by any Person, except with respect to MH Loans that represent not more than 1% of the aggregate Purchase Price of outstanding Transactions, and not more than 10% of the Market Value of such MH Loan, which amount shall be deposited in the designated Blocked Account, to be disbursed within sixty (60) days of the initial Purchase Date for such MH Loan pursuant to the Distribution Worksheet.
No Additional Services. 12.1 No claim for additional services, not specifically provided in this Contract, performed or furnished by the Consultant, will be allowed, nor may the Consultant do any work or furnish any material not covered by the Contract unless the work or material is approved and ordered in writing by the Community and it’s designated representative.
No Additional Services. Purchaser agrees that there are to be no training, maintenance, programming or any other services to be provided under this Agreement by Vendor in relation to the Technology, including, without limitation, any services in relation to any errors, malfunctions, bugs or defects which may arise during the term of this Agreement, except where these services are rendered through any further written agreement between the parties and, in that case, at a fee to be agreed upon at the time the further written agreement may be entered into.
No Additional Services. 4.1. If the Subscriber wishes the Company to undertakes any Additional Services it would have to be under a separate agreement.
