No Extension of Term. The Term shall not be extended as a result of or by the duration of an event of Force Majeure.
No Extension of Term. In no event will any delay or failure of performance caused by any conditions or events of Force Majeure extend this Agreement beyond its stated Term.

If any condition of Force Majeure delays a Party’s performance for a time period greater than three (3) months, the Party not delayed by such Force Majeure may terminate this Agreement, without further obligation, or extend such period at its sole discretion if the Party delayed by such Force Majeure is exercising due diligence in its efforts to cure the condition of Force Majeure.
