DISPUTESDisputes All disputes arising out of or in connection with this LGIA whereby relief is sought by or from the CAISO shall be settled in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the CAISO Tariff, except that references to the CAISO Tariff in such Article 13 of the CAISO Tariff shall be read as references to this LGIA. Disputes arising out of or in connection with this LGIA not subject to provisions of Article 13 of the CAISO Tariff shall be resolved as follows:
No Limitation by Insurance. Architect’s indemnification obligations under this Agreement shall not be limited by the amount or type of damages, compensation or benefits payable under any policy of insurance, workers’ compensation acts, disability benefit acts or other employee benefit acts.
