No Other Understandings Sample Clauses

No Other Understandings. This Agreement, consisting of four (4) pages and Attachments A and B constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties, and is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal or legal representatives, successors and/or assigns. This Agreement may be amended only by a written agreement signed by the Company and Executive.
