No Parking. The Tenant shall not permit or cause to be permitted the placing or parking of bicycles, motor-cycles or scooters, trolleys and other wheeled vehicles except in places approved by the Authorities.
No Parking. Each Party acknowledges that using Commercially Reasonable Efforts requires it to take ongoing actions that are consistent with a good faith intention to achieve the objective of Developing an Antibody Product and obtaining Regulatory Approvals to Commercialise such Antibody Product for the [*] (or if the [*] is dropped in accordance with the terms of this Agreement an [*] chosen in accordance with the terms of this Agreement) in the Field, and to Commercialise such Antibody Product, throughout the Amgen Territory and Celltech Territory. For the avoidance of doubt, Development and Commercialisation in each instance includes the manufacture and the supply of Antibody Product. If a Party decides that deployment of Commercially Reasonable Efforts does not justify it making continued, ongoing efforts towards this objective it shall promptly notify the other Party in writing.
No Parking. The areas marked with NO PARKING signs are fire lanes and are to remain free of vehicles at all times. Signs are not to be moved.
No Parking. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Fitness Facility subject to this License Agreement does not include any parking rights or privileges and that the Residential Owners have no right to park in any parking areas owned or controlled by Licensor.
No Parking. TENANT HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT NO PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT THE BUILDING OR ON THE REAL PROPERTY ON WHICH THE BUILDING IS SITUATED. No Parking. Tenant covenants not to park automobiles, motorcycles, other vehicles, or bicycles on any part of the Complex, except in accordance with Section 2.7, provided that Landlord shall provide bike racks at the Complex that are convenient to the Buildings.

No Parking. Tenant expressly acknowledges and agrees that Landlord is not obligated to provide any parking facilities to Tenant.
