Notice of Lease. Owner shall give to Standard & Poor's Ratings Services, a Standard & Poor's Financial Services LLC business, a copy of any notice regarding a lease of the Aircraft required to be given to the Mortgagee pursuant to clause (w) of the first sentence of the penultimate paragraph of Section 4.02(b) of the Trust Indenture, at the time such notice is given to Mortgagee, if at such time Standard & Poor's is then rating the Pass Through Certificates.

The Tenant agrees not to record this Lease, but upon request of either party, both parties shall execute and deliver a memorandum of this Lease in form appropriate for recording or registration, an instrument acknowledging the Commencement Date of the Term, and if this Lease is terminated before the Term expires, an instrument in such form acknowledging the date of termination.

Notice of Lease. Landlord and Tenant mutually agree to execute herewith, in triplicate, a Notice of Lease in recordable form with respect to this Lease, which shall be recorded forthwith with the Barnstable Registry of Deeds, and agree to execute, upon termination of this Lease for whatever cause, a Notice of Termination of Lease in recordable form for recording with said Registry of Deeds.
Notice of Lease. Concurrently with the executing of this Lease, Landlord and Tenant have executed and recorded a notice of lease in the form attached hereto as Exhibit T. If this Lease is terminated before the Term expires the parties will execute an instrument in such form acknowledging the date of termination.

The parties will at any time, at the request of either one, promptly execute duplicate originals of an instrument, in recordable form, which will constitute a Notice of Lease, setting forth a description of the Premises, the Lease Term and any other portions thereof, excepting the rental provisions, as either party may request.

Tenant agrees not to record this Lease and, subject to the provisions of Section 25.(s) above, to keep the terms of this Lease confidential, but each party hereto agrees, at the request of the others to execute a so-called Notice of Lease in recordable form complying with applicable law and reasonably satisfactory to Landlord's attorneys. In no event shall such document set forth the Rent or other charges payable by Tenant hereunder.
