Notice of Organizational Change. Grantee will submit notice to the SUD email box, XxxxxxxxxXxxxx.Xxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx and Substance Use Xxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx within ten (10) business days of any change to Xxxxxxx's name, contact information, organizational structure, such as merger, acquisition, or change in form of business, legal standing, or authority to do business in Texas.
Notice of Organizational Change. Contractor shall submit written notice to the contract manager assigned to the Contract within 10 business days of any change to Contractor's name; contact information; key personnel; organizational structure, such as merger, acquisition or change in form of business; legal standing; or authority to do business in Texas. A change in Contractor’s name and certain changes in organizational structure require an amendment to this Contract in accordance with the Amendments section of these General Provisions.
