Common use of Notice of Special Matters Clause in Contracts

Notice of Special Matters. The Corporation shall give notice to the Holder, in the manner provided in ARTICLE 4, of its intention to fix a record date for any event mentioned in Section 3.4 which may give rise to an adjustment in the number of Common Shares which may be acquired pursuant to Section 3.1, and, in each case, such notice shall specify the particulars of such event and the record date and the effective date for such event; provided that the Corporation shall only be required to specify in such notice such particulars of such event as shall have been fixed and determined on the date on which such notice is given. Such notice shall be given not less than 14 days prior to such applicable record date.

Notice of Special Matters. The Corporation shall give notice to the Holder, in the manner provided in ARTICLE 4Article 9, of its intention to fix a record date for any event mentioned in Section 3.4 6.5 which may give rise to an adjustment in the number of Common Shares which may be acquired pursuant to Section 3.16.1, and, in each case, such the notice shall specify the particulars of such the event and the record date and the effective date for such the event; provided that the Corporation shall only be required to specify in such the notice such particulars of such the event as shall have been fixed and determined on the date on which such notice is given. Such notice shall be given not less than 14 days prior to such the applicable record date.

The Corporation shall give notice to the Holder, in the manner provided in ARTICLE 4Section 9.4, of its intention to fix a record date for any event mentioned in Section 3.4 6.4 which may give rise to an adjustment in the number of Common Shares which may be acquired pursuant to Section 3.16.1, and, in each case, such the notice shall specify the particulars of such the event and the record date and the effective date for such the event; provided that the Corporation shall only be required to specify in such the notice such particulars of such the event as shall have been fixed and determined on the date on which such notice is given. Such notice shall be given not less than 14 days prior to such the applicable record date.

Notice of Special Matters. The Corporation shall give notice to the HolderCreditor, in the manner provided in ARTICLE 4Section 8.6(a), of its intention to fix a record date for any event mentioned in Section 3.4 6.7 which may give rise to an adjustment in the number of Common Unit Shares and Warrants which may be acquired pursuant to Section 3.1this Article Six, and, in each case, such notice shall specify the particulars of such event and the record date and the effective date for such event; provided that the Corporation shall only be required to specify in such notice such particulars of such event as shall have been fixed and determined on the date on which such notice is given. Such notice shall be given not less than 14 days prior to such applicable record date.

The Corporation shall give notice to the HolderLender, in the manner provided in ARTICLE 4Article 9, of its intention to fix a record date for any event mentioned in Section 3.4 3.3 which may give rise to an adjustment in the number of Common Shares which may be acquired pursuant to Section 3.1, and, in each case, such notice shall specify the particulars of such event and the record date and the effective date for such event; provided that the Corporation shall only be required to specify in such notice such particulars of such event as shall have been fixed and determined on the date on which such notice is given. Such notice shall be given not less than 14 days prior to such applicable record date.

The Corporation shall give notice to the Holder, in the manner provided in ARTICLE 4Article 8, of its intention to fix a record date for any event mentioned in Section 3.4 5.3 which may give rise to an adjustment in the number of Common Shares which may be acquired pursuant to Section 3.15.1, and, in each case, such the notice shall specify the particulars of such the event and the record date and the effective date for such the event; provided that the Corporation shall only be required to specify in such the notice such particulars of such the event as shall have been fixed and determined on the date on which such notice is given. Such notice shall be given not less than 14 days prior to such the applicable record date.
