Common use of Notice of Termination Clause in Contracts

Notice of Termination. Any purported termination of employment by the Company or by Executive (other than due to Executive’s death) shall be communicated by written Notice of Termination to the other party hereto in accordance with Section 11(h) hereof. For purposes of this Agreement, a “Notice of Termination” shall mean a notice which shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of employment under the provision so indicated.

Any purported termination of employment by the Company or by Executive (other than due to Executive’s death) shall be communicated by a written Notice of Termination to the other party hereto Employee in accordance with Section 11(hparagraph (a) hereof. For purposes of this AgreementSection 10, a “Notice of Termination” and shall mean a notice which shall indicate state the specific termination provision provisions in this Agreement relied upon upon, and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of employment under the provision so indicatedEmployee's employment.
