Number Two. If the decision of the Chief, CN Police is not satisfactory to the employee, an appeal may be made in writing on behalf of the employee by the appropriate representative of the Association to the Vice-President – Human Resources within 30 calendar days after the date he/she receives the decision of the Chief, CN Police under Step Number One. The Vice-President shall render his/her decision in writing within 30 calendar days after the date he/she received the appeal.
