Occupants of Rental Unit. In addition to the tenant, only the following people may occupy the rental unit: If the tenant wants an additional person to occupy the unit, the tenant must get the landlord’s consent. In these circumstances, the landlord will be entitled to increase the tenant services charge payable. If the tenant has guests who use the tenant services (e.g. meals), the landlord may charge an additional fee.

  • DAMAGE TO PREMISES In the event the Premises are destroyed or rendered wholly uninhabitable by fire, storm, earthquake, or other casualty not caused by the negligence of Tenant, this Agreement shall terminate from such time except for the purpose of enforcing rights that may have then accrued hereunder.   • Fair Rental Value If a loss covered under Section I makes that part of the "residence premises" rented to oth- ers or held for rental by you not fit to live in, we cover the fair rental value of such premises less any expenses that do not continue while it is not fit to live in. Payment will be for the shortest time required to repair or replace such premises.
