Common use of Original Indenture Clause in Contracts

Original Indenture. This Article 10 supersedes in its entirety the corresponding provisions set forth in Article VIII of the Original Indenture and any reference in the Original Indenture to such Article VIII or any provision therein shall be deemed to refer this Article 10 or the corresponding provision herein (if any), as the case may be.

Original Indenture. This Article 10 supersedes in its entirety the corresponding provisions set forth in Article VIII 4 of the Original Indenture and any reference in the Original Indenture to such Article VIII 4 or any provision therein shall be deemed to refer this Article 10 or the corresponding provision herein (if any), as the case may be.

Original Indenture. This Article 10 supersedes in its entirety the corresponding provisions set forth in Article VIII 4 of the Original Indenture and any reference in the Original Indenture to such Article VIII 4 or any provision therein shall be deemed to refer this Article 10 or the corresponding provision herein (if any), as the case may be.

Original Indenture. This Article 10 supersedes in its entirety the corresponding provisions set forth in Article VIII Eight of the Original Indenture and any reference in the Original Indenture to such Article VIII Eight or any provision therein shall be deemed to refer this Article 10 or the corresponding provision herein (if any), as the case may be.

Original Indenture. This Article 10 supersedes in its entirety the corresponding provisions set forth in Article VIII 11 of the Original Indenture and any reference in the Original Indenture to such Article VIII 11 or any provision therein shall be deemed to refer this Article 10 or the corresponding provision herein (if any), as the case may be. For the avoidance of doubt, the reference in Section 4.03(c) of the Original Indenture to “Section 11.05” shall be deemed replaced with a reference to the second paragraph of Section 10.04 hereof.
