Common use of Origination Fee Clause in Contracts

Origination Fee. Company shall pay Xxxxx Fargo a one time origination fee of $150,000, which shall be fully earned and payable upon the execution of this Agreement.

Origination Fee. Company shall pay Xxxxx Fargo a one time origination fee of $150,000, and payable as follows: (i) $105,000 upon execution of this Agreement by Borrower, which shall be fully earned and payable upon the execution of this Agreement, and (ii) $45,000 which shall be due and payable on June , 2009; provided that any remaining unpaid amount of the origination fee shall be due and payable in full upon the occurrence of the earlier of the termination of this Agreement by Borrower or an Event of Default.

Company shall pay Xxxxx Fargo a one time origination fee of $150,000100,000, which shall be fully earned upon the execution of this Agreement and payable as follows: (i) $50,000 payable upon the execution of this Agreement, (ii) $25,000 payable on the earlier of (a) the first anniversary of the date of this Agreement or (b) the Termination Date and (iii) $25,000 payable on the earlier of (a) the second anniversary of the date of this Agreement or (b) the Termination Date.

Origination Fee. Company shall pay Xxxxx Fargo a one time an origination fee of $150,00050,000 (“Origination Fee”), which shall be fully earned earned, non-refundable and due and payable upon the execution of this Agreement.

Origination Fee. Company The Companies shall jointly and severally pay Xxxxx Wxxxx Fargo a one time origination fee of $150,000, 80,000 which shall be fully earned and payable upon the execution of this Agreement. Wxxxx Fargo has received $40,000 toward payment of this fee and the fees, costs and expenses described in this Section and in Section 7.7.
