By way of derogation from article II.16.1, any conversion of actual costs into euro shall be made by the beneficiary at the monthly accounting rate established by the Commission and published on its website applicable on the day when the cost was incurred.

The Lender acknowledges this practice to be a necessary measure to ensure the safety and security of the loaned items and gives GMP permission to so label/mark the Property.

I.12.1 Amendment of the contract by email exchange Article II.11 (Amendments) of the General Conditions is supplemented as follows: Minor amendments of the contract may be done via email exchange between the parties, provided that the e-mail addresses indicated in Article I.8 are used by both. The email exchange shall contain agreement to the amendment of the contract from each of the parties (authorising officer for the contracting authority and authorised legal representative for the contractor); Any change of bank account may be notified by the contractor to the contracting authority via email. The notification shall include relevant, duly signed and dated documents (e.g. new Financial Identification Form). The contracting authority has the right to oppose the contractor's change of bank account.
