CONTRACTOR acknowledges that this Master Agreement is not exclusive, and that ANAHEIM reserves the right to employ or contract with other entities for the performance of the Work outlined in Exhibit A. CONTRACTOR further acknowledges that its Work will be requested on an as-needed basis, and that no promises or guarantees have been made that a particular amount of Work will be requested or that any level of compensation may be earned by CONTRACTOR hereunder.
