Common use of Outstanding Debt Clause in Contracts

Outstanding Debt. 11 CONTRACTOR shall have no outstanding debt with COUNTY, or shall be in the process 12 of resolving outstanding debt to ADMINISTRATOR’s satisfaction, prior to entering into and 13 during the term of this Agreement.
