Overhead Sign Structures. 4 Minimum sign clearance for overhead signs must be in accordance with TP Attachment 440-1 5 over the entire width of the pavement, including shoulders and gutters. The minimum sign 6 clearance for signs mounted on bridge structures must not be less than the bridge clearance 7 requirements specified in the Contract Documents. The bottom of signs mounted on bridge 8 structures must be 6 inches above the soffit of the structure. Developer shall locate overhead 9 sign structures required in areas other than the mainline and ramps in such as manner as to 10 provide a minimum of 2 feet of horizontal clearance from the face of vertical curb.
