Overnight Travel. If the Judiciary authorizes two employees to travel and stay overnight in a double room and the employees agree to get each a private room, the Judiciary will reimburse each employee for up to one-half (½) of the amount that the Judiciary would have spent on the double room but not more than the actual cost of the room.
