Common use of Own Investigations Clause in Contracts

Own Investigations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each Shareholder enters into this Agreement and (where applicable) becomes a Shareholder or acquires Shares entirely on the basis of its own investigations and decisions and not in reliance on any act or representation made by any other Shareholder or by BoatCo.
