Ownership of Agreement. The Registrar, in its individual capacity or as trustee for holders of participation interests in this Agreement, may in good faith buy, sell, own and hold this Agreement, and may join in any action which any Registered Owner may be entitled to take with like effect as if it did not act as Registrar hereunder. The Registrar, in its individual capacity, either as principal or agent, may also engage in or be interested in any financial or other transaction with the County and may act as depository, trustee or agent for other obligations of the County as freely as if it did not act in any capacity hereunder.
