Parking Stalls. For the period commencing from and after the Effective Date herein defined and ending on the Termination Date provided for in the Lease, Landlord and Tenant hereby agree that Paragraph (I) of Section I. of the Lease is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows:
Parking Stalls. 9 common stalls in front of the Premises, and additional non-exclusive overflow parking located on the north side of buildings #1 and #2
Parking Stalls. Vehicles must be parked entirely within the painted stall lines of a single parking stall.
Parking Stalls. 1. Stalls for regular (full size), compact and handicapped usage shall be sized in accordance to local codes.
Parking Stalls. This MOU does not include payment or reservation for parking stalls for GLWD’s employees or customers. The parties understand that approximately 200 Parking stalls may be available for monthly parking at the parking garage owned by the City of Lincoln which is connected to the American Job Center. Employees of GLWD using private vehicles that wish to park in the garage can contract with the City separately for parking services.
Parking Stalls. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, Licensor hereby grants Licensee a license to use the twenty-one (21) parking stalls outlined in Exhibit A, attached to and incorporated into this Agreement by this reference, (each a “Parking Stall”) in the parking lot located at 000 Xxx Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000, as depicted in Exhibit A (the “Parking Lot”), along with access easements to and from (a) Rio Road West and (b) the Licensee’s adjacent property. Licensee may use the Parking Stalls solely for the purpose of the parking of vehicles by Licensee’s employees. It shall be Licensee’s responsibility to xxxx each Parking Stall with special lines and to install any signs desired by Licensee (provided the same have been approved by Licensor in advance) at Licensee’s sole cost and expense to identify the Parking Stalls.
Parking Stalls. The Tenant shall be provided with up to twenty-one (21) vehicle parking stalls. Such stalls shall be in the parking area adjacent to the structure of which the leased premises are a part, which, however, shall be non-exclusive. Tenant shall cooperate in reserving the lane of parking stalls immediately to the west of the curb line of North 118th Court for the use of business visitors. WASTE DISPOSAL Landlord shall provide dumpsters for the collection of waste and provide separate containers for recyclable materials in accordance with Wisconsin Act 335, the recycling law, for use by Tenant and other occupants of the building in which the leased premises are a part. Landlord shall provide, as necessary, for the periodic removal of waste and recyclables deposited in said dumpsters and containers. Tenant shall deposit only office waste and recyclables in designated dumpsters and containers, and in no other place. Landlord shall not provide or pay for the collection or disposal of Tenant’s hazardous waste materials. Tenant shall provide and pay for the collection and proper disposal of any such hazardous waste material.
Parking Stalls. Section 13 of the Schedule shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced by the following:
Parking Stalls. During the term of this Lease and subject to reasonable rules and regulations from time to time adopted by the Landlord, the Tenant shall have the nonexclusive right to use, on an unreserved basis up to, but not exceeding, the number of Parking Stalls specified in Section 1.3. In addition to other reasonable rules and regulations relating to parking, the Landlord shall have the right to designate specific Parking Stalls or areas in the Parking Areas located upon the Property for exclusive use by visitors or by other lessees, occupants, or users of the Improvements. Automobiles of the Tenant and all Occupants associated with the Tenant shall be parked only in Parking Stalls designated by the Landlord for use by the Tenant and not otherwise reserved by the Landlord for use by visitors or by any other tenant or Occupant associated with any other tenant. The Landlord shall have no obligation to 15 3 ensure that the parking rights of the Tenant provided for in this Section 2.2 are not impaired or violated by other parties, including without limitation other lessees, occupants, and users of the Improvements. In no event shall automobiles, trucks, or vehicles of any nature be parked at any time in access roads, driveways, serviceways, or loading docks (except for such periods of time as are reasonably necessary for loading or unloading such trucks or vehicles and not prohibited by the rules and regulations established by the Landlord).
Parking Stalls. The Landlord will provide the Tenant the same number of parking stalls set forth in Section 1.13 of the Original Lease at no cost through the Extended Term and any renewals thereto.
