PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS OR DISTRIBUTIONS. 1. The Trust shall furnish to the Custodian a copy of the resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Trust, certified by the Secretary or any Assistant Secretary, either (i) setting forth with respect to the Series specified therein the date of the declaration of a dividend or distribution, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per Share of such Series to the shareholders of record as of that date and the total amount payable to the Dividend Agent and any sub-dividend agent or codividend agent of the Trust on the payment date, or (ii) authorizing with respect to the Series specified therein the declaration of dividends and distributions on a daily basis and authorizing the Custodian to rely on Oral Instructions or a Certificate setting forth the date of the declaration of such dividend or distribution, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per Share of such Series to the shareholders of record as of that date and the total amount payable to the Dividend Agent on the payment date.

The Trust Fund shall furnish to the Custodian Subcustodian a copy of the resolution of the Board of Trustees of the TrustFund, certified by the Secretary or any Assistant Secretary, either (i) setting forth with respect to the Series specified therein the date of the declaration of a dividend or distribution, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per Share of such Series to the shareholders of record as of that date and the total amount payable to the Dividend Agent and any sub-dividend agent or codividend co-dividend agent of the Trust Fund on the payment date, or (ii) authorizing with respect to the Series specified therein the declaration of dividends and distributions on a daily basis and authorizing the Custodian Subcustodian to rely on Oral Instructions or a Certificate setting forth the date of the declaration of such dividend or distribution, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per Share of such Series to the shareholders of record as of that date and the total amount payable to the Dividend Agent on the payment date.

The Trust Corporation shall furnish to the Custodian a copy of the resolution of the Board of Trustees Directors of the TrustCorporation, certified by the Secretary or any Assistant Secretary, either (i) setting forth with respect to the Series specified therein the date of the declaration of a dividend or distribution, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per Share of such Series to the shareholders of record as of that date and the total amount payable to the Dividend Agent and any sub-dividend agent or codividend co-dividend agent of the Trust Corporation on the payment date, or (ii) authorizing with respect to the Series specified therein the declaration of dividends and distributions on a daily basis and authorizing the Custodian to rely on Oral Instructions or a Certificate Proper Instruction setting forth the date of the declaration of such dividend or distribution, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per Share of such Series to the shareholders of record as of that date and the total amount payable to the Dividend Agent on the payment date.
