Common use of Payment of Earnings Clause in Contracts

Payment of Earnings. (a) Each of the Guarantors, as the case may be, undertakes with each Creditor Party to ensure that, subject only to the provisions of the relevant Charter Assignment or Earnings Assignment, all Earnings of the Ship owned by it are paid to that Ship’s Earnings Account.
