Common use of Payment Period Clause in Contracts

Payment Period. Unless otherwise expressly provided, Licensee shall pay any invoice it receives from District pursuant to this Agreement within thirty (30) calendar days after District issues the invoice.

Payment Period. Unless otherwise expressly provided, Licensee shall pay any invoice it its receives from District Utility pursuant to this Agreement within thirty (30) calendar days after District Utility issues the invoice.
